No, it is no longer possible to buy online from OST Belgium as an individual. However, we are present at exhibitions where you can still buy our products. Alternatively, there is no direct way to buy our products. If you are interested in our products, please contact a pet store near you and ask if they might have our products.

Prices are not displayed on our web shop because we do not make sales to individuals through our website. Instead, prices are provided based on customer personality after the customer logs in to the website. We thoroughly review each customer's information in order to provide the correct price.

We supply our products directly to wholesalers, retailers, garden centers, DIY stores and nurseries. If you are interested in our products, we cordially invite you to register as a distributor or contact us directly.

If they do not have our products in stock or are not available, we encourage you to ask your store to possibly contact us. If you would like to contact us or buy our products, you can also find us at various exhibitions, fairs or markets where we are regularly present with our products.

You can obtain a login by registering as a customer and filling in the requested company information. Once this is done, we will first check the data entered to link the correct price list to your account. We will then send you an email to activate your account and create a password.

Once you receive your login, you can get started right away. You will have access to all prices and can easily order our products. With your login, you will have full access to our product range and can start placing orders right away.

After placing your order, we will check it and prepare it for you as soon as possible. You will receive an invoice and all necessary information from us, including which products are in stock and what the corresponding prices are. We will also let you know when the order is ready to be picked up or when it will be shipped to you, depending on our mutual arrangements. 

Payments will only be accepted via bank transfers or cash payments. The invoice will state when the amount is due, and this will also be mutually agreed upon with the customer.

Not only do we offer an extensive range of more than 600 bird products, but we can also deliver these products directly from stock. Moreover, we have 98% of our products in-house, which means we have full control over the production process. This allows us to maintain the highest quality standards and meet our customers' specific requirements. Our focus on sustainable manufacturing practices, such as recycling materials and promoting a circular economy, makes us a responsible choice for environmentally conscious customers. In short, with our extensive product selection, immediate availability, in-house management of production and commitment to sustainability, we are your reliable partner for high-quality bird products.

For Belgian customers, we aim to deliver orders within 7 days. For wholesalers and foreign customers, we will communicate from our company when the order is ready to be picked up.

What is the minimum order amount?

Orders under 350 euros are subject to a handling fee of 40 euros, regardless of the customer's location, including wholesalers and foreign customers. Products are shipped free of charge to the delivery address in Belgium. Wholesalers and foreign customers must arrange their own transportation. If you would like us to arrange transport, this is possible. However, the cost for this will be charged to the customer.

No problem! Through this link  Reset password | OST Belgium you can reset your password. Once this is done, you can resume looking at our products.

Don't panic, this may take a while. Normally, you should receive a login or email by the end of the day. However, if you have not received anything from us within 72 hours, please kindly contact us.
