OST Belgium Privacy Law for Website Use.
Purpose of the law
This privacy law aims to protect personal privacy and ensure the confidentiality of personal data collected, used, stored and shared by OST Belgium through the websitewww.ostbelgium.be.

This law applies to all personal data collected and processed by OST Belgium through the website, including but not limited to name, address, contact details, company details and other information directly or indirectly traceable to an individual.

- Personal data is collected only for specific, legitimate purposes, in particular to provide pricing information about our products and services.
- The prices of our products are not publicly available on the website. To view prices, an individual must make a request and provide their company and personal information.
- Personal information collected is used to link the appropriate price list to the applicant's account.
Retention periods
- Persoonlijke gegevens van aanvragers zullen gedurende een periode van twee jaar worden bewaard in ons systeem, op voorwaarde dat er binnen deze periode diensten worden afgenomen bij OST Belgium.
- Indien er geen contact is geweest met OST Belgium gedurende een periode van twee jaar, zullen de persoonlijke gegevens automatisch worden verwijderd uit ons systeem.

- Individuals have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of their personal data.

Applicability and compliance
